"Distraction isn’t just those things that catch our attention they are also things that we give our attention to.
Not everything that we give our attention to is bad, but if what we do, causes us to no longer have our eyes locked on Jesus, then it’s time to ask ourselves, is He worth more?
This doesn’t mean we live in a bubble and have to stop living. It does mean giving priority to Him.
Distraction has a way of taking our attention and we don’t notice that it’s happened. It wants to steal our devotion, our worship and our love.
Jesus is coming for a spotless bride, a bride who is watching and waiting only for Him. The world we are in is trying to condition people, to follow everything society throws in front of us.
May we learn more and more the voice of the Shepherd."
