Emmaus Apparel ships via Canada Post. All orders over $75 will ship for free!

You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order is placed.

Orders that only include stickers, sticker packs, and/or keychains will be shipped by postage only and will not include tracking.

Processing Time

All products are made to order and may take longer to ship out. Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases or major holidays.

Domestic & International Shipping Times

We will email you with a tracking number once your item(s) have been shipped. Once shipped, you will receive your order within 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Failed Delivery/Returned to Sender

Emmaus Apparel is NOT responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier. However, if your item is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately and we will take appropriate measures to solve the problem.

Emmaus Apparel is NOT liable for any shipping address discrepancies, which include: incorrectly entered address or item, lost or stolen packages, or incorrectly delivered packages. 

We strongly suggest reviewing your order information twice before submitting your order.

Damaged/Opened Package

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order.

Address Changes

There is a small window of changing an address on an order. 

If you contact us immediately at, we might be able to catch it while it is still processing and before it has shipped.

NOTE: We can’t guarantee that we'll catch the order in time to change the address, but we will do our best. Once it has shipped, we cannot change the address. Address errors are the liability of the customer.
