Q: What is Emmaus Apparel?
A: Emmaus Apparel is a Christian streetwear brand based in Canada. We started in 2018 with the purpose of quality clothing that starts Gospel conversations. You can read our full story here.
Q: What does Emmaus mean?
A: The name is based on Luke 24, where 2 disciples met Jesus on the road to Emmaus. We wrote a blog post where we go more in depth to the story. You can read it here.

A: ‘ee-may-us’
Q: What is your policy for returns if I accidentally ordered the wrong size?
A: We understand that sometimes ordering online can be tricky, and you may accidentally order the wrong size. If this happens, please reach out to us within 20 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Please note that all sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Additionally, please note that gift cards are not refundable.

Q: Can I cancel part of my order if I change my mind or made a mistake?
A: If you would like to cancel part of your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that once an order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel part of the order.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Since we print our garments to order, it typically takes 7-10 business days to process your order before it is shipped out. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays or other unforeseen circumstances. Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do ship internationally! We are happy to offer worldwide shipping for our Christian clothing brand. Please note that international shipping rates may vary and that the buyer is responsible for any additional customs or import fees that may apply.
Q: What is the sizing and fit like for your garments?
A: Our clothing sizing is standard, so you can order your usual size with confidence. If you prefer an oversized look, we suggest sizing up. Additionally, if you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up to ensure a comfortable fit. Please note that we also provide a size chart for each product to help you find the best fit. We encourage you to refer to the size chart and double-check your measurements before placing your order.
Q: How do I care from my garments?
A: We recommend following the care instructions on the label of your garment to ensure its longevity and quality. Typically, we suggest washing our Christian clothing brand's garments in cold water and avoiding the use of bleach or harsh detergents. To protect the print on your garment, we recommend turning it inside out before washing. Tumble drying on low heat or line drying is recommended. For specific care instructions, please refer to the label of your garment.
Q: Do you offer custom work, such as custom designs or bulk orders?
Yes, we offer custom work for our Christian clothing brand. We understand that sometimes you may want a custom design or need to place a bulk order for your church, youth group, or other organization. We are happy to work with you to create a design that meets your needs and aligns with our brand values.
